Copyright and DMCA policy

Credvara respects copyright and expects users to upload only material they own or are authorized to use.

Copyright notices

Send copyright notices to support@cleardues.ai. A notice should identify the copyrighted work, identify the material and its location in Credvara, provide the claimant's contact information, state a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, state that the notice is accurate and that the sender is authorized to act, and include a physical or electronic signature.

Review, removal and counter-notice

Credvara may restrict access to material after a facially valid notice and will preserve appropriate evidence. A counter-notice should identify the removed material and its former location, provide name, address and phone number, include a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, consent to the appropriate court jurisdiction and service of process where legally required, and include a physical or electronic signature.

Repeat infringers

Credvara may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright, taking account of valid notices, counter-notices, mistakes and applicable law. Users must not use Credvara as a repository for unauthorized copyrighted material.

Designated agent status

U.S. Copyright Office designated-agent registration is an external legal action and is not represented as complete by this page. After registration, the exact legal entity, designated agent name or organization, physical address, phone number and email must be published here and kept current.
